At the start of 2014, I discovered a fitness app that I completely fell in love with! Not only did it challenge different parts of my body, I felt it in the muscles I never knew I had. Yes, it worked muscle groups that I probably never even thought of working. This app kept me on schedule and on a routine (during the time when I had nothing else to do but to workout)! What is this magical app, you ask? Nike+ Training Club!
Nike+ Training Club (NTC) is a free app that can be downloaded through the app store. You can
customize your workouts, create a fitness plan, and work targeted
muscle groups with over 100 full body workouts inspired by top Nike
athletes! The best part about it is that it gives you the motivation
to continue with it day in and day out. It allows you to track your
progress, rate your workouts and customize workouts that tailor
specifically to you. It acts as your own personal trainer that you
can take on the go!
I would do these workouts in my room and at the gym. So if you're not a fan of an overcrowded gym, this app will be your fitness savior! Combined with diet and regular exercise, NTC
had me seeing results in no time. I would highly recommend this app to ALL of
you Fitness Pals out there! So go on, give it a try.
